Just a piece of advice from someone who has been through this twice. Even though everyone knows why they are getting bigger and it is a wonderful thing, don't forget she is still a woman and woman don't like to hear comments about their weight. So, if someone asks "how's Lori", don't reply with "Just getting fatter". I learned that the hard way. Just simply say, "she is as beautiful as ever".
